1. 阅读问题，完成介绍段

先读流程图的标题，然后再查看具体的图形，以大致了解图片所描述的内容。这样才能从中摘出一些信息，更加有效的完成介绍段。

例如：The diagram shows process of producing chocolate in the factory.

可以将其写成：The given process chart illustrates the process by which chocolate is produced in the factory, in ten steps from growing of trees to producing liquid chocolate.

2. 完成两个主体段

为了更好地描述流程图，一般要写两个主要部分。如果总共有 10 个步骤，可以在第一个正文段落中描述前 5 个，然后在第二个正文段落中描述后五个。有一种说法，尽量在这个过程中使用被动语态，看起来更好。

主动语态：Crush the leaves and put them in a container. Boil them for about an hour in water and then add honey in it.

被动语态：The leaves are first crushed and put in a container where they are boiled in water for about an hour. Afterward，honey is added in the boiled mixture.

3. 写出概括段

雅思写作小作文中明确要求要有概括的存在，流程图也是如此。概括段的位置既可以在介绍段之后也可以放在最后，两个位置没有区别，按照自己的写作习惯就行了，其应该包括整个过程的结果，以及它的概述。

例如：“To conclude with, different processes are used between stage 2 and stage 4 to form by-products. However, stage 1 and stage 5 are the common steps involved in the manufacturing process.”
